Foods that I craved this week!!!

These are the foods that I craved the most this past week!!!!! Of course, DONUTS tops the list!!! Who doesn't like to eat a half dozen donuts at 3 in the morning??? HA HA HA

Next are my boiled bananas!!! My poor husband had to learn fast how to shop for good bananas!!!!

And of course, one of my favorites--PANCIT!!! I can still smell and taste the rice noodles, chicken, carrots, and Asian cabbage!!!!! YUM YUM YUM!!!








Yes, these foods are relatively healthy to eat during pregnancy. Well, the donuts may be cause for concern . . . . Even my husband had cravings for pancit. He ate a gigantic dish full of it!!!!

My Baby this Week . . . .

This is a simulation of how a baby looks at this ripe young age in the womb. As you can see, the baby's face is nearly complete, and his eyes are close to the front of his face, although they are still closed for now. His ears are now in the position at the side of his head where they will be when he is born!!! My baby boy is approximately 8.4 inches from crown to rump and weighs just a bit more than one pound. He is growing, for sure!!!!! I can feel the needle-like pains in my stomach because of his growth. But, the pains are only my muscles because my uterus is stretching to accomadate the little guy's growth. What a miracle!!!

Another Slow Day for Me.....

Another slow day for me....

I just didn't feel like getting out of bed today... I feel weak, my back is still achy . . . my tummy hurts . . . and to top it all off . . . . I am Hungry!!!!!!! And I don't onow what to eat. But I forced myself to get up and go to the store with my husband this afternoon. Guess what I bought? Sugar donuts!!!!! (I know . . . it seems selfish, but what can I do . . . I have cravings!!!--I'm pregnant, for God's Sake!!!) WOW!!!!! They were delicious!!!!! I ate two big donuts before I felt satisfied. I guess these aches and pains and cravings are normal during pregnancy. Hmmm . . . . Maybe a nice big 18 inch Pepperoni Pizza tonight!!!!!
